SPECIALIST RESTORATIVE CAD
Full-Arch / All-on-X CAD Design
Full-arch design requires a shared reference for tooth position, tissue transitions, restorative space and the intended production route. Pristine develops restorative CAD from the approved clinical plan, with deliberate review milestones.
Discuss this case typeWHO THIS SUPPORTS
A clear fit for your workflow.
Full-arch laboratories, restorative teams and in-house production units seeking experienced support on a defined arch case.
Scope is confirmed for the specific indication, software and production route before acceptance.
Records to prepare
- Approved restorative plan and intended provisional or final stage
- Complete arch, opposing arch and bite records
- Verified implant/component information and applicable tissue records
- Approved setup, provisional scan, photographs and aesthetic references where supplied
- Material, production method and agreed verification stages
Use an agreed case-transfer route. The public inquiry form is for business details, not patient files.

WORKFLOW & REVIEW
From the brief to the handoff.
Establish what is approved
A provisional, setup or reference scan can encode accepted tooth positions and contours. Identify which elements are approved and which need redesign. Record the reference version so a later revision does not silently replace the starting brief.
Separate setup from production readiness
Review tooth arrangement and the prescribed occlusal approach before finalizing connectors, access channels and tissue transitions. Confirm component and material constraints with the lab. A complete-looking CAD arch is not evidence of clinical fit.
Use staged review
Agree whether the handoff is a setup review, prototype or manufacturing file. Capture requested changes in one consolidated note and distinguish a design refinement from new clinical records or a changed treatment plan.
COMMUNICATION & REVISIONS
A traceable handoff.
Define separate setup and production review stages. Keep the approved provisional or reference arrangement connected to the current design revision and identify who approves each milestone.
Consolidate arch-wide changes before revising individual teeth. New jaw-relation records or a changed restorative plan may require renewed setup approval rather than a small file correction.
Scope, file formats, delivery target and revision terms are agreed before work starts. Your team retains clinical and manufacturing approval.
