Digital Denture CAD Design
Digital denture design connects the approved jaw relationship and setup to the laboratory’s tooth and base workflow. Pristine supports removable CAD with records and production requirements agreed before the case begins.

A clear fit for your workflow.
Removable laboratories and in-house teams working with scanned records, digital setups and a confirmed manufacturing route.
Scope is confirmed for the specific indication, software and production route before acceptance.
Records to prepare
- Approved prescription and intended design stage
- Arch records and clinician-approved jaw relation
- Reference denture or approved setup scans where supplied
- Tooth library/system, base material and manufacturing route
- Trial or prototype review instructions
Use an agreed case-transfer route. The public inquiry form is for business details, not patient files.

WORKFLOW & REVIEW
From the brief to the handoff.
Understand the record set
Distinguish an impression scan, model scan, reference denture and setup. Confirm how the supplied bite relates the arches. Incomplete records cannot be solved merely by selecting a tooth library.
Design the agreed setup
Develop the arrangement and base form within supplied instructions and the supported system. Review the available record boundaries and lab constraints. Digital design does not replace required clinical verification.
Confirm the handoff stage
A trial setup and a final manufacturing output serve different purposes. Identify the review milestone and the required tooth/base outputs; validate them in the receiving workflow before scaling repeat work.
COMMUNICATION & REVISIONS
A traceable handoff.
Identify whether the handoff is a tooth arrangement, a try-in review or a final production file set. Confirm the tooth/base route and records that govern the current stage.
Separate an arrangement change from a new impression or jaw-relation record. Record which approval must be repeated when the supporting records change.
Scope, file formats, delivery target and revision terms are agreed before work starts. Your team retains clinical and manufacturing approval.
