Distinguish the record types
An impression or model scan, reference denture and approved tooth setup serve different purposes. List the records supplied and how the arches are related by the approved jaw-relation information. A digital file does not remove the need to identify the clinical context.
Confirm the tooth and base route
Ask which supported tooth library or system, base material and manufacturing process the receiving lab will use. exocad describes a Full Denture module, and 3Shape describes digital denture design workflows. Those product capabilities do not establish that any particular combination is supported in every lab.
Make arrangement review a defined milestone
Identify whether the reviewer is assessing tooth position, reference conformity or another prescribed aspect of the setup. Record accepted elements and requested changes on the current version. CAD appearance alone cannot establish clinical comfort, retention or function.
Separate trial and final outputs
Confirm what the lab needs for the trial or prototype stage and what it needs after approval. The output may include different tooth/base files depending on the supported process. Test import and the expected assembly relationship in the receiving workflow before release.
Use production feedback
Record whether a returned issue concerns records, preferences, design or manufacturing compatibility. That feedback can improve repeat submissions without overwriting case-specific clinical instructions. Pristine confirms removable scope individually and does not claim that every digital denture system is interchangeable.
