What the current vendor page says
Checked October 6, 2026: exocad lists an Intel/AMD x64 quad-core 2.8 GHz CPU, 8 GB RAM and 4 GB graphics memory as minimums, with CUDA 3.0 or OpenCL 1.2. It lists 1080p at 100% DPI; higher scaling requires higher resolution.
Its cost-effective example uses 16 GB RAM; the simultaneous-product workstation example uses 32 GB. These are vendor configuration categories, not Pristine benchmarks. The page lists Windows 11 24H2/25H2, and Windows 10 22H2 only with continuing security-update coverage such as ESU. ARM/emulated x64 and virtual machines are unsupported; Intel integrated graphics are unsupported for PartialCAD.

| Support | Who owns installation, compatibility and escalation |
Have the reseller confirm the complete configuration rather than treating a gaming or professional label as proof. Keep the dated official requirements with the quote and record deviations explicitly. Confirm available license connections and Internet requirements before moving a working installation.
Minimum compliance is only the first gate
Define an acceptance exercise using authorized practice cases and the real modules you intend to use. Record opening, navigation, saving and the relevant output step. Keep other running applications and power conditions visible in the test record.
If a computer meets a published minimum but the actual workflow remains unsatisfactory, document the observed stage and ask the reseller for a scoped recommendation. Do not infer a guaranteed speed increase from CPU names or graphics memory alone. Current official documentation remains the authority when requirements change.
Review boundary
Technical review pending — unverified locally. Unverified locally: Louie must validate terminology, actual workflow dependencies and practice-case applicability. Source review is not software or clinical validation.
Use these worksheets to make uncertainty visible. They do not authorize a clinical decision, repair, production release or unsupported software configuration. Preserve original records and record who approved each change.
