Separate the things you are trying to obtain
A software license, installer, component library, material configuration and training lesson are different items. A file library is not a software license, and a course download is not approval to use a production configuration. Identify the item and its responsible supplier first.
Use the vendor’s official directory or the existing authorized support relationship as the starting route. Keep any quoted modules, support terms and release scope with the procurement record. This directory does not recommend a cheapest seller or rank suppliers.
Current vendor routes and their limits
exocad maintains an authorized reseller directory and an official CAD implant-library directory. Its library page describes entitlement requirements and warns that library behavior can differ on older releases. Use its current package notes and supplier confirmation rather than assuming that a familiar component name identifies the correct download.
3Shape documents library acquisition through Dental System’s Download Center and notes that some availability depends on enabled license options. Its support article is dated November 2023; verify the equivalent supported route and entitlement on the installed release. The existence of a download entry does not establish suitability for a specific physical component.
For material configurations, exocad directs users to the relevant vendor for the correct setup and notes that supplier configurations may differ from defaults. Ask the production receiver which package and instructions govern the actual task.
Maintain a source register
Record one entry per item rather than grouping everything under software downloads. Use internal references for licenses; never put credentials or serial numbers in a public worksheet.

Verify identity before adopting a file
Compare the physical component information with the publisher’s library documentation. A visual resemblance or similar name is insufficient. Ask the responsible supplier to resolve identity, version or region questions before installing or selecting the entry.
Record the official source and checked date, then follow the administrator-approved evaluation and recovery procedure. A source register establishes provenance; the imported-preset guide covers whether the package is suitable for a particular setup. Neither worksheet replaces receiving-team acceptance.
If a package is unavailable or requires an entitlement you do not have, mark the dependency unresolved and contact the authorized supplier. Do not infer an alternative package is equivalent because it opens. This page links official directories; it redistributes no libraries, installers or preset files.
Louie validation and limits
Technical review pending — unverified locally. Louie and the supplier must confirm actual license/module entitlements, exact physical component and library identity, supported package/release and receiving workflow. No package was downloaded, installed or validated; no reseller ranking, partnership or universal compatibility is asserted.
The CSV is a blank operational worksheet with no patient data, executable code, configuration pack or clinical/manufacturing values. It does not perform an installation or authorize a production change. Examples in this guide are hypothetical, not measured results or approved Pristine case evidence.
