First answer

A job absent from the Load list is not proof that its files were deleted. Check search fields, date and local/imported filters first; then confirm the workstation's database and project-directory context with the administrator.

Diagnostic sequence

Use a non-patient internal reference and record the current filters before changing them. exocad documents selected search fields, time-period filtering and distinctions between locally generated and imported jobs.

Search has no matchConfirm which fields are searched and whether the internal reference is actually stored in one of them.
Date or local/imported scope excludes the jobBroaden the relevant filter in the verified UI and check again.
Job found on another workstationHave the administrator compare database and project-directory context; a different list is not evidence of deletion.
Record may have been marked deletedAsk the authorized owner about the documented deleted-record display and recovery route; do not purge records.

Database record and physical files are separate evidence

The documentation describes opening a job's project directory from project information. For a shared setup it requires access to both database and project directories. A visible record alone does not prove all expected files exist, and a missing list entry does not establish that the physical folder is absent.

Have an authorized administrator inspect the configured locations rather than moving directories or editing configuration to make the list appear familiar.

Worked list-only symptom

A hypothetical job is absent with a recent-date filter but appears after the date scope includes its original creation period. Record that observation as a filter explanation. If its expected project contents are then missing, open a separate file-location question; do not mark the project recovered solely because its row is visible.

Recovery and escalation boundary

exocad distinguishes hiding a deleted record from permanent destruction and documents a Recover action for records in the deleted view. Any recovery should be performed by an authorized owner in the validated workflow. This guide supplies no permanent-destruction procedure.

If filters and configuration do not explain the absence, preserve the reference, last known workstation/context and available project evidence for provider or backup-owner support. Do not create an unrelated replacement record and imply it is the recovered original.

Limitations and Louie validation

Louie validation pending — unverified locally. Louie/provider must verify installed filters, database/project locations and authorized recovery behavior. No Pristine backup or recovery guarantee; no destructive purge instructions.

Use internal references in the blank worksheet. Examples are hypothetical; applicable instructions and responsible approvals govern real work.
